Today Grade-11 & Grade-12 Students went to the visit to Blind People’s Association in the morning, it was a fine morning and they had been greeted wonderfully💫 by the project director who introduced Students to the premises and the daily struggles of the people over there.Students were then led towards the technological room😇 wherein they were taught how blind people utilise technological resources. 💻 Following that event, they witnessed the procedure of printing and documentation regarding the less privileged and visually impaired, and the manufacturing of prosthetics was also portrayed to us. The students were guided towards the handicraft section wherein the blind people crafted materials and we were also shown the wheelchairs and other such utilities built by them. It was a fine portrayal of the wonderful usage of their other senses as well as their independent nature ✨. The students were further shown the physiotherapy centre wherein the visually impaired people were the ones treating the patients. This was a depiction of how they have achieved success in their life despite their miscellaneous obstacles 👍. Later, we were led to a dark room which had been constructed for the purpose of enabling one’s perspective and teaching students and visitors to understand the life of the ones who are visually disabled. The students walked in a dark room and were asked to identify routes as well as idols of gods so as to enable the sense of touch and develop gratitude for their sense of vision 🤍👁. Alas they were all led to the store wherein the miscellaneous products made by the visually and physically impaired people all across Gujarat had been kept. The beautiful earrings, mats, soaps and frames symbolised that despite the visual hindrances their creativity flourishes 💖. One can conclude that each and every student learnt to be grateful for their abilities and developed an empathetic perspective as well as experienced the senses of those who are less fortunate 👍 #appleglobalschool beanapplet #bestschoolinahmedabad #bestschoolofahmedabad #cbse

The purpose behind celebrating Women's Day is to promote peace with women's rights. While every day is a women's day, this particular day is marked to honour all the women and their achievements regardless of the divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political. Enjoy these meaningful quotes from a few strong women acheivers- “Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.”- Anais Nin “I’ve come to believe that each of us has a personal calling that’s as unique as a fingerprint – and that the best way to succeed is to discover what you love and then find a way to offer it to others in the form of service, working hard, and also allowing the energy of the universe to lead you.” – Oprah Winfrey “Because I am a woman, I must make unusual efforts to succeed. If I fail, no one will say, “She doesn’t have what it takes.” They will say, “Women don’t have what it takes.” – Clare Boothe Luce It is 2021 but women still have a long way before they receive the platform for equality at home or at work, unquestionably! Until then the awareness drive to promote women's right and equity must go on... Teachers' Day Celebration was held on 7th September with a lot of gaiety and enthusiasm. The wonderful mind opening moments were provided by the chief guest, Mr Manish Jain, who captivated the teachers' attention with his vision of empowering the students and making them capable of relating their learnings with everyday activities.
