On the occasion of 'World Wildlife Day', our Pre school Applets visited Sundarvan- a nature discovery center, 🐍🦚🦜🦢🌳🐾located In the midst of this busy, sprawling western Ahmedabad. As they walked gently around the bamboo groves and a banyan tree they spotted a tortoise blocking their way, heard a lovebird humming away and discovered a snake skin resting by the pond. This natural refuge is indeed a mini zoo committed to spreading awareness and sensitivity towards nature.
It is most known for the variety of snakes like Russel's viper, Red Sand boa and the revered Indian cobra. Other than snakes, our Applets enjoyed watching a porcupine, a small aquarium and the bird section. Our Applets were amazed to see birds like pheasants, ducks and turkeys roaming freely and peacocks dancing away in this natural setting.
Finally they returned back with happy heart and fond memories and a lot of information about birds, animals and snakes...
